The Zoomex VIP levels are tiered from VIP 1 to VIP 5, with an entry-level VIP 0. Your level is determined solely by your total trading volume over the past 30 days. The higher your trading volume, the higher your VIP level and the better your fee discounts and bonus rewards become. For specific volume requirements for each level, please refer to the tables above.

Our VIP+2 offer is a unique fast-track program. If you are already a VIP member on another crypto exchange, you can apply by providing proof (a screenshot of your VIP page or 30-day trading volume). If approved, we will automatically grant you a status two levels higher than your current one on the other platform, allowing you to instantly access superior Zoomex VIP benefits.

Your contract trading volume over the past 30 days is the ONLY criterion for determining your Zoomex VIP level. Meeting a deposit requirement without the corresponding trading volume will not grant you VIP status. Your trading volume is updated daily at 00:00 AM (UTC).

To maintain your VIP level, you must consistently meet the 30-day trading volume requirement for that specific tier. Your status is re-evaluated based on your trading activity. If your volume drops, your level may be adjusted accordingly in the following month. For those who joined via the VIP+2 offer, you must meet the required trading volume within 30 days to retain your full VIP benefits.
